- Caryl Hogan Added November 21, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really disappointing and underwhelming experience. I arrived early (over 10 minutes) knowing there is always paperwork to complete. This was eventually given to me after my scheduled appointment time had arrived. By the time I was moved into the room to meet the lady doing the treatment it was nearly 15 minutes after my appointment start time. Actual treatment took less than 25 minutes of what was promoted as 90 minutes of treatment. Had I not taken the offer of a "free" heat wrap I would have been in an out in half an hour after I actually saw someone. As it was, my hour an a half appointment had me back in my car in less than that time. For $149 I feel totally ripped off. Would NEVER go there again
