I have used Discover Australia to book family holiday packages a few times now, I find the booking process more simple as it includes books flights and accommodation all at once for multiple people. I tried another company a short while ago for an O/S trip and discovered after booking that everything I expected to be included was extra plus a booking fee was extra. I am happy to stick with Discover Australia.
